0.25tspblack pepper
1tbspolive oil(optional – for silkier texture)
1tbspwhite grape juice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
Fresh Herbs
1cupfresh herbs(any combo)
0.5cupparsley
0.25cupchives or green onions
0.25cupbasil, tarragon, dill, or cilantro
Optional
1anchovy or Dijon mustard(1 anchovy or 1 tsp Dijon mustard for depth)
Instructions
Combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until completely smooth and vibrant green.
