salted butter, separated

lemon, zest & juice

Instructions
Boil pasta according to package directions.
Chop chicken, sauté with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until cooked. Set aside.
Sauté minced garlic with 2 tbsp butter, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper until fragrant.
Add chicken broth, heavy cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Lower heat, add parmesan cheese and pasta water. Stir until smooth.
Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Combine evenly.
Add remaining 2 tbsp butter. Combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with fresh parsley, lemon zest, and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
Notes
Adjust the amount of lemon juice and zest to your preference for a more or less pronounced lemon flavor.
