Instructions
Cook pasta, reserving 1 cup pasta water.
Heat olive oil, add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant.
Add shrimp, cook 2-3 minutes per side, then remove.
Pour in cream and lemon juice, simmer.
Stir in Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Add pasta water if needed.
Add pasta and shrimp, toss to coat.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
