Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

Vegetables

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets

Dairy & Broth

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Spices & Oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Sauté broccoli and cauliflower in olive oil until tender.
  • Mix chicken, vegetables, cream cheese, broth, spices, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer to a greased casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let cool briefly before serving.
