A delicious and comforting dish featuring tender gnocchi in a flavorful creamy sauce with spinach, mushrooms, garlic, and smoked paprika.
Ingredients
Gnocchi

potato gnocchi

fresh spinach, chopped

mushrooms, sliced
3
cloves
garlic, minced

heavy cream

teaspoon
smoked paprika

tablespoons
olive oil
to taste
salt and pepper
for garnish
parmesan cheese

Instructions
Cook gnocchi according to package; drain and set aside.
Sauté mushrooms in olive oil until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic; cook 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in spinach; cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
Pour in cream, add paprika; simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Add gnocchi to sauce; toss and serve with Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh herbs or additional Parmesan.
