Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and garlic to make aioli.
Serve crispy Brussels sprouts warm with aioli on the side.
