  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and garlic to make aioli.
  • Serve crispy Brussels sprouts warm with aioli on the side.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 2 minutes at the end.
