Enjoy perfectly crispy roasted potatoes infused with fragrant rosemary and garlic, a simple yet flavorful side dish.
Ingredients
Potatoes

potatoes
(peeled and cut into chunks)

tablespoons
olive oil

cloves
garlic
(minced)

sprigs
fresh rosemary
(chopped)
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Parboil potatoes in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and dry.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 45-50 minutes, turning halfway.
Serve hot, garnished with extra rosemary if desired.
Notes
For extra crispiness, increase roasting time slightly.
