Enjoy these crispy, flavorful broccoli chips with a tangy dairy-free yogurt dip, perfect as a healthy snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 2 heads broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup vegan parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried dill (for sauce)

Instructions 

  • Boil broccoli: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add broccoli florets and cook for 5-6 minutes. Drain and dry.
  • Smash broccoli: Place boiled broccoli on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Gently press each floret to flatten.
  • Prepare seasoning: Mix olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, vegan parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush and bake: Brush broccoli with seasoning, then bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway.
  • Make sauce: Combine dairy-free yogurt, lemon juice, and dill. Serve with broccoli chips.

Notes

For extra crispiness, bake a few extra minutes and flip carefully.
