sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

heavy cream

chicken broth

garlic powder

salt and pepper

Instructions
Place chicken in crock pot.
Mix sun-dried tomatoes, cream, broth, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper; pour over chicken.
Cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3-4 hours.
Stir in Parmesan cheese during last 30 minutes.
Shred chicken, mix with sauce, garnish with basil, and serve.
Notes
