Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot, then add beans, corn, tomatoes, seasoning, broth, bell pepper, and onion.
Stir to combine and coat the chicken with seasoning, then cook on low for 6-7 hours.
Shred the chicken inside the crockpot, then stir in Greek yogurt or cream cheese until creamy.
Add shredded cheese, let melt, then season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with cilantro.
