A hearty and easy-to-make casserole combining ground beef, potatoes, and cheese, cooked to perfection in the crockpot.
Ingredients

ground beef

shredded cheddar cheese

cream of mushroom soup

milk
Instructions
Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet; drain excess fat.
Mix mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Layer half of sliced potatoes and cooked beef mixture in the crockpot.
Pour half of the soup mixture and sprinkle half of the cheese over layers; repeat with remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add a splash of sour cream before serving.
