Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
Mix chicken broth, heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; pour over chicken.

In the last 30 minutes, add spinach and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
