Delight in these rich, chewy nut bars topped with smooth dark chocolate and a hint of sea salt, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.
Ingredients
Mixed Nuts and Dates

mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)

pitted dates
Chocolate and Topping

dark chocolate chips
1/4
teaspoon
sea salt

tablespoon
coconut oil

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch dish with parchment.
Process nuts and dates until sticky mixture forms, then press into dish.
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat, then stir in vanilla and sea salt.
Pour chocolate over nut layer and spread evenly, then sprinkle extra sea salt if desired.
Refrigerate for 2 hours until set, then lift out and cut into bars.
