Ingredients

Sweet Potatoes

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and pierce sweet potatoes, then rub with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  • Let cool slightly, then slice open and add butter or toppings if desired.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
