Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Dairy

  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter

Vegetables

  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup diced potatoes

Spices & Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Garnish

  • for garnish fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Place chicken breasts in slow cooker.
  • Add vegetables on top of chicken.
  • Mix garlic butter, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper; pour over ingredients.
  • Cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3-4 hours until cooked and tender.
  • Shred chicken, mix with veggies, garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Shredding the chicken allows it to absorb more flavors from the vegetables and seasonings.
