Ingredients
Meat and Vegetables

ground beef or turkey

onion, chopped

garlic, minced
Seasonings and Cans

taco seasoning

black beans, drained and rinsed

corn, drained

diced tomatoes with green chilies

Instructions
Brown the ground meat with onion and garlic in a skillet until cooked. Drain excess fat.
Transfer meat to slow cooker, add taco seasoning, beans, corn, and tomatoes. Stir to combine.
Layer half of crushed chips and cheese in the slow cooker, then pour salsa over.
Add remaining chips and cheese on top. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Serve hot with optional toppings like sour cream, avocado, green onions, and cilantro.
Notes
For a spicier version, add hot sauce or extra chilies.
