Ingredients

Instructions
Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to make the marinade.
Add chicken to marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Cook chicken in a skillet until fully cooked, then rest and slice.
Simmer remaining marinade to thicken.
Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, vegetables, and sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken longer or add a dash of chili flakes for heat.
