Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 rack baby back ribs
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 0.25 cup dark soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup sweet soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup raw honey
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder
  • 0.5 tsp cumin

Instructions 

  • Mix onion powder, paprika, and cumin; rub over ribs.
  • Mince garlic and combine with soy sauces and honey; brush over ribs, reserving some marinade.
  • Cut ribs in half and place in slow cooker; cook on low for 7-8 hours.
  • Brush ribs with reserved marinade every hour during cooking.

Notes

For extra flavor, baste the ribs with the marinade more frequently if desired.
