Ingredients
Meat
1poundbeef (sliced thin, flank or sirloin)
Vegetables
2cupsbroccoli florets
Sauces & Oils
1tablespoonvegetable oil
3clovesgarlic (minced)
1/2cupbeef broth
1/4cupsoy sauce
2tablespoonsoyster sauce
1tablespooncornstarch
1tablespoonwater
1teaspoonsesame oil
Seasoning
to tastesalt and pepper
For serving

Instructions
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, beef broth, and sesame oil. Marinate beef for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet, stir-fry garlic for 30 seconds.
Add beef and cook until browned, then add broccoli and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with water to make slurry, add to marinade, then pour into skillet.
Cook until sauce thickens, season with salt and pepper, serve over rice.
Notes
