Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Combine chicken, zucchini, and onion in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, add garlic and spices, then toss to coat.
Transfer mixture to the dish, spread evenly, and bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F and vegetables are tender.
Optional: broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden finish. Garnish with herbs and extra paprika.
Serve over rice, sprinkled with fresh herbs.
