  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Grease the crock pot and combine all ingredients except cheese.
  • Stir until well mixed, then add shredded cheeses and stir again.
  • Pour into crock pot, cover, and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir well, let sit for a few minutes, then serve.

Notes

Use freshly shredded cheese for the best melt and flavor.
