Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni

Cheese

  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Dairy

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Seasoning

  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook the macaroni until al dente, then drain.
  • Combine cooked pasta, cheese, milk, sour cream, melted butter, garlic, and onion in the crockpot.
  • Stir until well mixed, then cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Season with salt and pepper before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika or hot sauce.
