  • 1 cup fresh herbs (basil, parsley, cilantro, chives) (packed)
  • 0.5 cup plant-based mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup plant-based yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons water (or more, to thin)

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth, adding water to reach desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve over salads, vegetables, or as a dip.

Notes

For a tangier dressing, add a bit more lemon juice.
