This creamy Green Goddess Dressing is packed with fresh herbs, avocado, and Greek yogurt. It's a healthy and flavorful addition to salads, dips, and more!

1cupplain greek yogurt((non-fat) (or yogurt of choice (228g)))
1cupfresh parsley(((25g)))
0.5cupfresh dill(loosely packed ())
0.5cupfresh mint(((12g)))
1cupbaby spinach(((28g)))
0.333cuplemon juice(((80ml) about 1½ large lemons))
2Tbspextra virgin olive oil(((30ml)))
2garlic cloves
0.5tspsalt(more to taste (3g))
black pepper(to taste)
1-2Tbspwater(optional to thin it out)
Instructions
Slice avocado, remove skin and pit. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, adding up to 1 Tbsp of cold water to thin if needed.
Taste and add more salt or lemon juice if desired.
Hint: For salad dressing, thin with cold water. For a thicker dip, no need to thin!

Adjust the consistency by adding more or less water to achieve your desired thickness.
