Vegetables

  • 4 medium potatoes diced potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
