Instructions
Set Instant Pot to 'Sauté' and add olive oil. Sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add chicken breasts, season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Pour in lemon juice, zest, and chicken broth.
Close lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Release pressure naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release.
Remove chicken, let rest for a few minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
