A refreshing and colorful pasta salad perfect for picnics and gatherings.
Ingredients

rotini or fusilli pasta

cherry tomatoes
(halved)

cucumber
(diced)

red bell pepper

black olives
(sliced)

mozzarella cheese
(cubed)

red onion
(finely chopped)

fresh basil
(chopped)

Italian dressing

Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, black olives, mozzarella cheese, red onion, and fresh basil.
Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
