These delicious no-bake peanut butter oat cups are a quick and healthy treat perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • pinch salt

Instructions 

  • Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  • Press mixture into a lined muffin tin.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
  • Remove from tin and enjoy!
