Deliciously savory mushrooms roasted to perfection with a sweet and salty glaze, perfect as a side or over rice.
Ingredients

soy sauce

honey

olive oil

garlic (minced)
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Clean and halve large mushrooms.
Mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Toss mushrooms in the mixture and spread on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and caramelized.
Serve warm as a side or over rice/noodles.
Notes
Stir halfway through roasting for even caramelization.
