A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining smoked sausage, fresh vegetables, and savory seasonings for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 200 g smoked sausage (sliced into rounds)

Vegetables

  • 400 g medium cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • 150 g medium onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Oils & Sauces

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp honey (or low-carb sweetener, optional)

Optional Spices

  • Pinch chili flakes chili flakes (for spice)

Optional Vegetables

  • 1 medium bell pepper (sliced, optional)
  • 1 medium carrot (julienned, optional)

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Add onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  • Stir in cabbage and optional vegetables; cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and chili flakes; cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot, garnished as desired.

Notes

Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust seasonings to taste.
