A delicious and healthy vegetarian dish featuring jumbo pasta shells filled with spinach and ricotta, baked to perfection with marinara sauce.
Ingredients

jumbo pasta shells

fresh spinach, chopped

ricotta cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese

grated parmesan cheese

garlic powder

teaspoon
italian seasoning
to taste
salt and pepper

marinara sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook shells until al dente, then drain.
Mix spinach, ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread 1 cup marinara in a baking dish. Stuff shells with filling and place in dish.
Pour remaining marinara over shells, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella, cover, and bake 25 minutes.
Remove foil, bake 10 more minutes until bubbly and golden. Serve warm.
Notes
You can add extra spinach for more greens or top with fresh basil for added flavor.
