Ingredients

Sweet Potatoes

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel and cut sweet potatoes into strips.
  • Toss strips with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
