Noodles
9pieceslasagna noodles
2cupsricotta cheese
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
1cupgrated parmesan cheese
2cupsmarinara sauce
1piecezucchini, sliced
1dicedbell pepper
1cupspinach
1teaspoondried oregano
1teaspoondried basil
to tastesalt and peppersalt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook noodles, then layer with ricotta, vegetables, sauce, and cheese in a baking dish. Cover and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
You can add more vegetables or cheese as desired for extra flavor.
