Instructions
Combine lemongrass, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Add chicken to marinade, coat well, and marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and charred.
Let rest briefly, then slice and garnish with cilantro.
Notes
Marinate the chicken longer for more flavor.
