These rich and fudgy brownies combine Greek yogurt and cocoa for a healthier twist on a classic treat.

Ingredients

Dried ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; stir until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  • Pour batter into dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or top with fresh berries.
