Ingredients

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumber, chopped tomatoes, diced avocado, and finely chopped red onion.
Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl and gently toss the ingredients together until well mixed.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh flavors, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
