A delicious and healthy treat combining creamy Greek yogurt with crunchy granola in convenient cups, perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 3-4 tbsp honey (depending on desired sweetness)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Yogurt

  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (see note)

Toppings

  • Berries of choice berries (to top)

Instructions 

  • Mix oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla until sticky.
  • Line muffin pan, press granola mixture into cups.
  • Add yogurt and berries on top, then freeze for 4 hours.

Notes

Use fresh berries for best flavor and texture.
