Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
In a separate large bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture, and whisk until fully incorporated.
Fold the grated zucchini into the wet mixture until evenly distributed.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
