A quick and creamy chicken dish made in the Instant Pot, perfect for weeknights.
Ingredients

chicken broth

heavy cream

grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
Set Instant Pot to 'Sauté' and heat olive oil.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then brown on both sides.
Add garlic, sauté 1 minute, then pour in chicken broth to deglaze.
Return chicken, close lid, cook on 'Manual' for 10 minutes, then quick release.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until smooth, then coat chicken and warm through.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the sauce simmer a few extra minutes after adding the cheese.
