These savory cheeseburger bombs wrapped in biscuit dough are perfect for a quick, crowd-pleasing appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

Meat and Cheese

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix beef, cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Flatten biscuits, add filling, seal into balls, and place on baking sheet.
  • Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with garlic salt and parsley.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or your favorite seasoning.
