Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Vegetables

  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved

Dairy & Cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Spices & Seasonings

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Liquids

  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Oils & Fats

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Garnish

  • fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Mix Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub chicken with olive oil and cheese mixture.
  • Place potatoes in crockpot, then top with chicken.
  • Pour broth over everything and cook on low 6-7 hours.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.
