Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken fillets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Cook chicken in heated olive oil for 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 1 minute.
  • Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan, and simmer until smooth.
  • Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and cook 2-3 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
