A flavorful and easy crockpot dish featuring tender chicken breasts, baby potatoes, and a savory garlic Parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Vegetables

  • 4 cups baby potatoes, halved

Dairy & Oils

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Seasonings

  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper

Garnish

  • optional fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  • Mix olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Place halved potatoes in crockpot, then add seasoned chicken on top.
  • Pour garlic olive oil mixture over everything, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving if desired.

Notes

Ensure chicken is cooked through before serving.
