A flavorful and easy crockpot dish featuring tender chicken breasts, baby potatoes, and a savory garlic Parmesan sauce.
Ingredients

Instructions
Mix olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Place halved potatoes in crockpot, then add seasoned chicken on top.
Pour garlic olive oil mixture over everything, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Garnish with parsley before serving if desired.
