Ingredients
Cauliflower

cauliflower, cut into florets

olive oil

garlic, minced

salt and pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
