A delicious and healthy roasted cauliflower dish infused with garlic and topped with Parmesan cheese, perfect as a side or snack.

Ingredients

Cauliflower

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • optional fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or red pepper flakes.
