A delicious and hearty dish combining tender steak bites with flavorful roasted potatoes, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Main

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 5-6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet. Cook potatoes until golden and tender, then set aside.
  • Season steak with salt, pepper, and herbs. Sear in remaining oil and butter until browned, 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Add garlic and remaining butter; sauté until fragrant. Return potatoes to pan and toss.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes to heat through. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the steak for tender bites.
