A hearty and cheesy gluten-free casserole combining ground beef, potatoes, and creamy mushroom soup for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Meat and Potatoes

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef (browned and drained)
  • 5 small potatoes Small Potatoes, peeled and sliced

Soup and Dairy

  • 2 cans gluten free cream of mushroom soup (10 ounces each)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brown ground beef, drain, and set aside. Slice potatoes.
  • Mix mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Layer potatoes, beef, soup, and cheese in a baking dish. Repeat layers.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes. Remove foil and bake 30 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let sit 10 minutes, then serve warm.

Notes

For a creamier texture, let the casserole rest before serving.
