A hearty and cheesy gluten-free casserole combining ground beef, potatoes, and creamy mushroom soup for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

Small Potatoes, peeled and sliced
Soup and Dairy

gluten free cream of mushroom soup (10 ounces each)

milk

Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brown ground beef, drain, and set aside. Slice potatoes.
Mix mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Layer potatoes, beef, soup, and cheese in a baking dish. Repeat layers.
Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes. Remove foil and bake 30 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let sit 10 minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
For a creamier texture, let the casserole rest before serving.
