Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved grape tomatoes, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
