A quick and delicious holiday side dish featuring green beans, creamy mushroom soup, and crispy fried onions.

Ingredients

Green Beans

  • 2 cans green beans, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups french fried onions
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix green beans, mushroom soup, milk, and half of the fried onions.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then pour into a baking dish.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, then top with remaining onions and bake 10 more minutes.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of soy sauce or garlic powder.
