Instructions
Combine avocado, Greek yogurt, basil, parsley, tarragon, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed for a pourable consistency. Taste and adjust seasoning.
