Delicious and easy chicken salad sandwiches with a flavorful Green Goddess twist. Perfect for a quick lunch or picnic!
Ingredients
Chicken Salad

cooked, shredded chicken
1/2
cup
mayonnaise
1/4
cup
Green Goddess dressing
1/4
cup
chopped celery
1/4
cup
chopped red onion

tablespoons
chopped fresh parsley
to taste
Salt and pepper
Sandwich Assembly

your favorite bread
as needed
Lettuce leaves
(optional)
as needed
Sliced tomato
(optional)
Instructions
Combine chicken, mayonnaise, Green Goddess dressing, celery, red onion, and parsley in a bowl.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well until combined.
Spread chicken salad on 4 slices of bread.
Top with lettuce and tomato, if desired.
Cover with remaining bread slices.
Cut in half and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
